Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and well-spoken individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Representative. As a key member of our Viewing Room team, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer experiences, becoming a product expert, and answering customer questions and resolving issues on the phone and via live chat.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Become a product expert, able to explain product attributes and benefits clearly and effectively.
  • Answer customer questions and resolve issues, both basic and complex, on the phone and via live chat.
  • Seamlessly transition from call center mode to face-to-face interaction with customers on the Viewing Room floor, as needed.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of customer support or sales experience, with the ability to explain product attributes and benefits clearly and effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport effortlessly.
  • Passionate about providing great customer experiences.
  • Organized, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and a strong drive to complete tasks with a high degree of quality.
  • Skilled in using personal computers and related software.
