Cardiac Sonographer

We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Sonographer to join our team at Piedmont Fayette Hospital. As a key member of our CV Imaging department, you will be responsible for performing high-quality cardiac ultrasound testing, including 2D echo/Doppler, stress exams, and transesophageal echocardiograms.
Key Responsibilities- Perform inpatient and outpatient cardiac ultrasound testing, providing complex technical care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
- Provide accurate and timely documentation of exam findings and results.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ultrasound technology and techniques.
- Graduate of a registry-approved ultrasound program or equivalent experience.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCL) certification required.
- Credential in echocardiography, such as RDCS or RCS, through ARDMS or CCI.
- Two years of related experience as a hospital inpatient or outpatient/ambulatory cardiac sonographer preferred.
