Qualifications:
Education: A Bachelor's degree in business, merchandising, or supply chain management is required.
Experience: At least eight years of experience in garment production, with recent involvement in sourcing processes.
Skills:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up capabilities.
- Proficient in ERP and PLM systems, particularly Blue Cherry and Bamboo Rose.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to analyze and report on data effectively.
- Willingness to work with international suppliers outside of regular business hours.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
Working Conditions: This position offers a flexible office environment with some remote work opportunities.
Physical Requirements: The role may require standing, sitting, walking, bending, and occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs.
