Entegris Leadership Development Program - Process Engineering

Job Description:

At Entegris, we are committed to fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Our Entegris Leadership Development Program (ELDP) is designed to identify and develop talented engineers who can drive business growth and success.

The ELDP is a unique rotational program that provides new-to-market and entry-level engineers with meaningful exposure to core engineering disciplines. Participants will complete three 12-month assignments in product, manufacturing, and quality engineering, working on challenging projects that contribute to key corporate and divisional objectives.

Throughout the program, participants will have the opportunity to work with high-level company mentors, engage in active learning events with senior leaders, and develop their technical and leadership skills through a custom learning curriculum.

Upon completion of the program, participants will be placed in a permanent role within the company, where they will have the opportunity to continue growing and developing their skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete three 12-month assignments in product, manufacturing, and quality engineering
  • Work on challenging projects that contribute to key corporate and divisional objectives
  • Develop technical and leadership skills through a custom learning curriculum
  • Engage with high-level company mentors and senior leaders
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in engineering with a strong GPA
  • Aligned employment start date with the ELDP program start date
  • New to the job market or at the early part of their engineering career
  • Commitment to a 3-year training program with competitive compensation and full benefits package
