Radiology Services Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Radiology Services to lead our Imaging Department at AdventHealth Tampa. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, strategic planning, and quality assurance of our Radiology services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Imaging Department, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient operations.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient satisfaction, quality metrics, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Radiology services with other hospital departments.
- Manage budgets, resources, and personnel to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and hospital policies.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with physicians, staff, and other stakeholders to promote a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technologist or Nuclear Medicine Technology program.
- Minimum 7 years of hospital-based clinical experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- State of Florida Certified Radiologic Technologist License and ARRT (R) or NMTCB Certification.
