Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse Regional Support to join our team in New England. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide direct patient care services, manage clinical records, and support the delivery of high-quality hospice care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care services to hospice patients and supportive care to their families
  • Manage an interdisciplinary group to enhance the quality of hospice care
  • Case manage all assigned patient clinical records
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with current license to practice nursing in the state of requested employment
  • A minimum of one year experience in oncology, long-term care, or hospice or home health
  • Compassionate, kind, and empathetic to patients and their families
