Contract Details:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring all necessary documentation such as BOL, shipping labels, and packing slips are prepared promptly.
  • Compile and maintain daily reports, records, and documentation, including shipping reports and monthly accruals, to accurately reflect departmental activities.
  • Collaborate closely with supply planning, warehouse, finance, sales, and sales operations teams to fulfill item requests.
  • Assist in formulating logistics strategies, procedures, and daily operations for third-party logistics providers.
  • Meet productivity benchmarks, ensuring timely completion of all tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is required.
  • Experience in import/export logistics, particularly related to Taiwan.
  • Comfortable working in a cubicle office environment.
  • Experience with UPS/FedEx small parcel and LTL shipments.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, export compliance, or supply chain operations.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with proficient computer skills.
  • Capable of prioritizing tasks and working independently on complex assignments.
  • Experience in both import and export logistics is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with logistics operations in North and South America is preferred.
  • Adaptable and responsive, able to perform in a dynamic work environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
