Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscape Project Coordinator to join our team at Sage Ecological Landscapes.

This is a salaried position with a competitive annual salary of $85,000 and future eligibility for profit sharing and other benefits.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing production/installation projects, overseeing crew performance, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and manage projects, updating production schedule as needed
  • Manage Crew, overseeing and maintaining a high level of quality control, and increasing productivity
  • Ensure equipment is maintained and repaired when required
  • Handle ordering and delivery of project materials
  • Conduct safety tailgate meetings, maintaining crew compliance with safety policies and regulations
  • Oversee project budget and line item tracking

Besides being results-driven and organized, you should also be able to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues alike. You must have a clean driving record and be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Gmail.
