Key Responsibilities:- Provide system and operational support for multiple systems, including Epic EHR, Claims Manager, ECU GL Banner, Experian, and Availity.
- Assist in developing Epic and operational workflow change recommendations to meet changing regulatory or operational environments.
- Support the CFS Application Manager and leadership in monitoring the effectiveness and updating of Epic rules, work queues, claims, and remittance.
- Provide technical support for claims manager, troubleshooting performance and communication issues.
- Assist in providing support for the Claims Manager system, maintaining user access and updating rules as needed.
- Develop analytical processes evaluating the best technical options and feasibility for system improvements.
- Assist in testing changes related to the Epic Billing applications.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with 3 years in an Epic EHR environment.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Preferred education and experience: Resolute Professional Billing Claims Administration certification; Resolute Professional Billing Administration proficiency or certification.
