The Equestrian Product Specialist is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to customers, assisting with product inquiries, and ensuring the sales area is well-stocked and organized.


Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers and provide a superior service experience
• Address inquiries, recommend promotional items, and share product knowledge
• Handle transactions by calculating totals; managing cash, checks, and credit card payments
• Process customer returns with professionalism and courtesy
• Manage incoming merchandise shipments
• Support store maintenance and cleanliness
• Undertake additional tasks as required

Qualifications

Essential Skills:
• Must possess experience in the equestrian field

• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Competence in reading, writing, and effectively engaging with customers, colleagues, and management
• Good telephone manners
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while remaining attentive to customer needs
• Capability to collaborate within a team and take initiative when needed
• This role requires frequent movement, communication, and standing for extended periods. It may occasionally involve bending, kneeling, and climbing
• Must be enthusiastic, approachable, and committed to providing excellent service
• Flexible availability for various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent, or currently pursuing a diploma
