We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Admissions Advisor to join our team at MyComputerCareer. As an Admissions Advisor, you will play a critical role in helping potential students achieve their career goals by guiding them through the enrollment process and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell the value of MyComputerCareer to prospective students through consultation and presentation
  • Help students obtain required documentation to enroll in the program
  • Assist students in obtaining funding through private lenders
  • Introduce new students to faculty members, including the Campus Director, Career Services Director, Financial Aid Director, and Instructors
  • Walk students through all required documentation to become an enrolled student
  • Set expectations for new students to meet minimum academic standards
  • Ensure new students complete the required on-boarding process, including New Student Interviews and First Day of Labs
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree preferred or a combination of education and experience
  • Significant high-performing sales experience required
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, specifically higher education admissions
  • Salesforce experience a plus
