Cardiac Progressive Care Unit Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in Flushing, New York for a travel assignment.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and experience working in a Cardiac Progressive Care Unit. They will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and contributing to a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional patient care, focusing on individualized treatment plans and patient-centered approaches
- Collaborate with healthcare teams, including physicians, therapists, and other nurses, to ensure seamless care transitions
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to regulatory standards and best practices
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay updated on the latest medical research, technologies, and guidelines
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of New York
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Cardiac Progressive Care Unit or similar setting
- BLS certification; ACLS certification preferred
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Salary and Benefits:
Our competitive salary range for this position is $140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a generous compensation package, we offer comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
