Job Overview

Teshara Investments is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Service Representative to join our team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in providing exceptional service and are passionate about delivering a memorable experience for our guests.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual to assist with front desk operations, including guest registration, payment processing, and resolving any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will be proficient in English and possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities
  • Greet every guest with a warm smile and ensure they feel welcome and valued.
  • Process guest registrations efficiently and accurately, maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Manage incoming calls and respond to messages promptly, taking accurate notes and escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of our guests, building rapport and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including payment information and special requests.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per annum
