Position Overview:

The Staffing Division Director will lead a team of sales recruiters for our Pharmaceutical Division. Key responsibilities include developing employee growth plans, setting and managing staff performance, and providing day-to-day training on strategic client development and talent placement. The ideal candidate will have entrepreneurial spirit, natural leadership abilities, and a desire to build the business.

Responsibilities:
  • New Business and Client Development

  • Strategic Market Penetration
  • Work with Marketing to create division-specific campaigns
  • Strategic Alliances
  • Contract negotiation
  • Supplier/Vendor relationship optimization & management
  • Customer service, delivery, & logistics
  • Quality Assurance/Control
  • Short & long-term Business Plan creation
  • Team Hiring and Building
  • Sales, recruiting, & account management; training, coaching, mentoring, & counseling
  • Staff analysis & development
  • Performance monitoring, management, & restructuring
  • Lead weekly team meetings
  • Lead daily meetings on open requisitions
  • Conduct performance evaluations on a routine basis
  • Operational analysis, correction, & performance-tuning
  • Internal Workflow Process creation & design
  • Other Projects and tasks as directed by your manager
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of staffing and recruiting experience
  • 1+ years of previous experience as an Account Manager
  • Previous experience leading teams
  • Successful track record of sales and recruiting efforts for clinical positions
  • Ability to have a 'big picture' mindset and strategy
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree is required
