Position Overview
The ideal candidate will oversee the Parts team, ensuring that customers receive the correct parts and pricing information while managing payment processes. This role is essential in fostering a positive work culture that aligns with our organizational values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service and Sales
    Assist customers with selecting parts, processing returns, and providing information on specials. Establish strong relationships with customers through effective communication and support.
  • Parts Coordination
    Manage inventory by pulling parts from stock, placing orders for unavailable items, and ensuring accurate documentation of customer and vehicle information.
  • Team Leadership
    Develop and manage staff schedules, conduct monthly meetings to review goals and procedures, and provide coaching and training to counterperson staff.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in dealership parts.
  • Preferred 5+ years of progressive experience in auto parts service.
  • Supervisory experience of at least 1 year preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary structure ranging from $55,000 to $90,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes vacation time, sick leave, paid holidays, profit sharing, and health insurance options.
