About the Role:

This is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our cheese production team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and train team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure team members are following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
  • Train and develop team members to achieve production metrics
  • Communicate effectively with team members, team leads, supervisors, and managers
  • Understand and demonstrate proficiency in job-specific PSOP job certification
  • Perform work in a safe manner by following safety procedures and policies
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 18 years of age
  • Work experience in a manufacturing environment or team leadership position
  • Mechanical skills/aptitude
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum two years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Computer proficiency in email, internet, and Microsoft Office software
