- Generate project documents, including owner specifications and terms and conditions.
- Investigate potential suppliers and subcontractors.
- Coordinate bid package review meetings and assemble documentation.
- Provide answers to bidders and review their proposals.
- Negotiate final pricing and document pre-award requirements.
- Attend project meetings and support the team.
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of experience in subcontract purchasing.
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
- Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and plans.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and SAP is preferred.
