- Conduct market analysis and prepare reports to aid agents in property listings and client presentations.
- Maintain and update client databases, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
- Create marketing materials, including property listings, flyers, and online promotions.
- Assist in organizing and participating in open houses, property showings, and client meetings.
- Handle administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and office organization.
- Identify and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and provide informed support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Real estate license is preferred.
- Prior experience in the real estate sector is required.
- Availability during evenings and weekends.
- A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Familiarity with Google Suite (sheets, docs, calendar, etc.).
- Experience with real estate CRM systems, preferably Follow-up Boss.
- Proven experience in real estate or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented with a solution-focused mindset.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.

Our team of 10 agents closed nearly 300 homes last year alone. We specialize in various areas, including residential listings, new construction, land, farms, and recreational properties.
