Compensation Information

The estimated annual salary for this role ranges from $70,000 to $110,000, based on experience and performance. This includes a competitive base salary and a performance-driven commission structure.

Job Overview

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Aggressively pursue new sales opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Cultivate Customer Relationships: Build strong, lasting relationships with our diverse client base, including restaurants, office complexes, and healthcare facilities.
  • Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts, create proposals, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to address customer needs and support our company's mission.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed sales quotas while developing a deep understanding of our services, including grease trap cleaning, grease and septic pumping, and plumbing solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: At least 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial or commercial environments.
  • Results-Focused: Proven ability to drive sales growth and meet or exceed targets.
  • Effective Communication: Clear and concise communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, particularly Salesforce.
  • Self-Directed: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take on new challenges.
