- Graduation from an approved vocational or practical nursing education program.
- Licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse by the State of Texas or a state that recognizes reciprocity through the Nurse Licensure Compact.
- Current cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
- Valid drivers license and a satisfactory driving record.
