Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their home setting. As a trusted caregiver, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care as defined by the State's Nurse Practice Act.
  • Implement the plan of care initiated by the registered nurse.
  • Document patient information accurately and timely, consistent with the plan of care.
  • Assess and educate patients and their families/caregivers on relevant diagnosis and care plans.
  • Prepare and coordinate clinical notes and progress notes.

Requirements:

  • Current CA Vocational Nurse License.
  • 1 year of experience is preferred.
  • Pediatric experience is a plus.
  • We accept new graduates under the Flex Waiver Program, requiring 2 signed letters of recommendation and approval from local, federal, and accreditation authorities.
  • Current PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
  • Current State license, CPR certification, and valid driver's license (local travel required).
