About the Role

Elevate Addiction Services is seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our dedicated Health Office team. As an LVN, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive high-quality healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct health screenings and assessments for clients upon intake and throughout their stay
  • Administer health office duties, including logging medications and maintaining accurate records
  • Meet with clients to discuss health-related issues and concerns
  • Liaise with the Program Director, fellow nurses, and Medical Director to address client needs
Compliance with IMS Services
  • Obtain medical histories from clients
  • Monitor health status to determine the need for urgent or emergency care
  • Conduct testing associated with detoxification from alcohol or drugs
  • Provide recovery or treatment services for substance abuse
  • Oversee patient self-administered medications
  • Treat substance abuse disorders, including detoxification
Requirements
  • Valid nursing license in the state of California
  • Valid California Driver's License
  • Current First Aid CPR certification
  • Experience preferred, but not required
  • Computer proficiency
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Compensation and Benefits

$28-31 hourly
