Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret technical schematics, documentation, and specifications to perform assessments.
  • Evaluate the operational effectiveness of various technical systems.
  • Regularly calibrate and validate testing equipment.
  • Engage in troubleshooting and debugging of both new and existing systems, processes, and products.
  • Design and implement new testing protocols as required for the integration of advanced technologies.
  • Maintain compliance with quality assurance and safety standards throughout all testing activities.
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to address technical challenges and enhance testing methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in a comparable position.
  • Solid understanding of technical documentation, schematics, and specifications.
  • Expertise in utilizing and calibrating a variety of testing instruments.
  • Proven ability to diagnose technical problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to operate independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in developing and executing testing protocols for innovative technologies.
  • Relevant certifications in testing or quality assurance.
