Job Title: Disaster Response Specialist

Your Role:
You will play a crucial role in restoring peace of mind to clients during challenging times. As a Disaster Response Specialist, you will help assess, mitigate, and prevent further damage to properties impacted by disasters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform water extraction, structural drying, mold remediation, and fire/smoke damage mitigation.
  • Conduct thorough damage assessments and document the scope of work.
  • Set up, monitor, and maintain equipment such as air movers and dehumidifiers.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates and reassurance throughout the restoration process.
  • Maintain clean and organized job sites and company vehicles.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work in challenging environments, including exposure to water, heat, and debris.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift 50-75lbs consistently.
  • Customer service experience preferred; restoration experience is a plus.

Salary:$55,000 - $65,000 per year,
