  • Focus on user interface and experience, ensuring designs are aesthetically pleasing and easy to navigate.
  • Ensure websites are fully responsive, providing a seamless experience across devices and screen sizes.
  • Occasionally, senior designers may be involved in coding using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, especially in smaller teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Graphic Design, Web Design, Digital Media, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or Computer Science.
  • At least 8 years of progressive professional experience in engineering, architecture, commercial construction, or marketing firms specializing in the marketing of professional services.
  • Prior experience leading and overseeing a web design team.
  • A strong design portfolio that showcases a range of projects, including web design, user interface design, and other digital media work.
  • Mastery of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, and prototyping tools like InVision or Adobe XD.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is highly advantageous, especially in smaller teams or projects requiring close collaboration with developers.
