Job Description

**Job Title:** Behavioral Therapist

**Job Summary:** Access Services is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will be responsible for providing behavioral services to children and youth with mental, emotional, or behavioral problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct ongoing assessments of the function of behaviors and apply applied behavior analytic principles to interventions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address targeted behaviors.
  • Supervise and train behavioral consultants, BCaBAs, RBTs, and BHTs in accordance with BACB and IBHS guidelines.
  • Model adherence to the BACB code of ethics and HIPAA compliance requirements.
  • Support skill development and training among staff via modeling, training modules, and feedback.
  • Review clinical notes, data, and documents to provide constructive feedback and remediate concerns.
  • Focus service delivery on operationally defined target and replacement behaviors and progress monitoring.
  • Support staff in defining follow-up care in the community and model coordination of care with other mental health and general health care providers.

Requirements:

  • MUST BE A LICENSED BEHAVIOR SPECIALIST IN THE STATE OF PA
  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, human behavior, or relevant social sciences field of study
  • Current clinical certification as a BCBA or other graduate-level certification in behavior analysis
  • 1+ years of post-Master's degree experience providing ABA services
  • Valid driver's license with 2+ years of driving experience, reliable vehicle, and adequate car insurance

Benefits:

  • Base salary: $72,000
  • Incentive rate: BCBA's are required to work 80 monthly billable hours. Any billable hours above 80/monthly (every 4 weeks), will be paid at the incentive rate of $80-$100 hourly.
