About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Access Services. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality behavioral therapy services to children and youth with mental, emotional, or behavioral problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients, including individual and group sessions.
  • Supervise and train behavioral consultants, BCaBAs, RBTs, and BHTs to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate with families and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Monitor and evaluate treatment progress, making adjustments as needed.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as psychology, social work, or human behavior.
  • Current clinical certification as a BCBA or other graduate-level certification in behavior analysis.
  • At least 1 year of post-Master's degree experience providing ABA services.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary: $72,000 per year.
  • Incentive pay: $80-$100 per hour for billable hours above 80 per month.
