Providence Health & Services is inviting current nursing students and recent graduates to apply for our RN Residency Program at Providence Newberg Medical Center.
This program provides an excellent opportunity to gain real-world acute care experience under the guidance of preceptors, mentors, and clinical educators.
An RN Residency with Providence Health & Services will provide the foundation and support essential to becoming an expert in your specialty.
Learn through a combination of structured curriculum, simulation, and authentic patient experience guided by experienced preceptors.
As a recent graduate RN, with less than 12 months of experience, this program is designed for you.
Full-Time, Night shift available
Sign-on Bonus for eligible candidates who meet all conditions for payment - this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by Providence that begin on your first day of employment.
MedSurg:
$5,000
Relocation is also available for applicants who qualify.

Required Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less.
Preferred Qualifications:
National Certification in area of specialty is preferred upon hire, unless otherwise indicated.
