Job Summary:
The RN Clinic Supervisor is a key member of the clinic leadership team, responsible for overseeing clinical staff performance, coaching, mentoring, and developing clinical best practices. This role ensures state and federal compliance and provides clinical support for patient care services in an efficient and safe manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee clinical staff performance and provide coaching and mentoring
- Develop and implement clinical best practices
- Ensure state and federal compliance
- Provide clinical support for patient care services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Associate Nursing degree with 3 years recent RN experience
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Oregon Registered Nurse License
- 3 years RN experience managing complex patients or successful completion of RN Ambulatory Residency program
- Experience providing clinical education to clinical support staff in an outpatient/ambulatory care/medical group environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an ambulatory setting
- 3 years Demonstrated experience with providing progressive leadership, clinical staff education, competency development and evaluation, staff training and performance evaluation
- 3 years experience providing patient education
