About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team at RadNet. As a key member of our radiology team, you will be responsible for performing high-quality ultrasound procedures and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ultrasound Procedure Performance: Conduct ultrasound procedures in accordance with approved practices and department policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaboration with Radiologists: Assist radiologists with ultrasound-guided biopsies and procedures as needed.
  • Instrumentation and Data Understanding: Understand the methods used to generate ultrasound data and the theory behind the instruments that detect, display, and store acoustic information.
  • Patient Monitoring: Monitor patients' well-being during exams, recognizing discomfort or medical problems and taking appropriate action.
Requirements
  • Education and Certifications: Completed Ultrasound Technologist program with diploma, ARDMS certifications or AART (S), or ARRT (S) Eligible preferred.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal skills, and respect with patients, guests, and colleagues.
  • Work Approach and Prioritization: Possess a structured work approach, understand complex problems, and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
