Healthcare Interiors Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Superintendent to lead our Healthcare Interiors Construction projects in Maryland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising healthcare interior projects, including outpatient centers, and ensuring timely project completion within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise healthcare interior projects, including outpatient centers (surgical centers, physical therapy/rehab facilities, physician offices, dental offices, senior living facilities, etc.)
- Ensure timely project completion within budget
- Provide preconstruction input; experience with proposals is preferred but not required
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and brokers to drive project success
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have 5-7+ years of construction experience, with a strong focus on healthcare interiors. Experience in preconstruction is a plus, but not mandatory-willingness to learn is essential. The candidate should be proficient in reading and discussing blueprints and scopes of work, have excellent communication skills with a client-facing demeanor, and be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex healthcare projects.
What We Offer
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ($110-130,000) depending on experience, a heavy bonus structure paid out twice a year, clear growth trajectory and room for advancement, 401K + Match, Health, Dental, Vision Benefits, and Vehicle Allowance.
