Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Exceptional Guest Service: Ensure Guests have an exceptional experience by providing prompt, friendly, and attentive service.
  • Manage Bar Operations: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including setting up and taking down station tables, and ensuring all necessary equipment is available.
  • Prepare and Serve Drinks: Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, and wines, while adhering to company recipes and standards.
  • Manage Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash and credit transactions, including operating credit card machines and making change.
  • Maintain a Safe and Healthy Environment: Adhere to company sanitation procedures and ensure a safe and healthy environment for Guests and Team members.
  • Communicate Effectively: Listen to Guests' orders and needs, and communicate with Guests and Team members verbally and via the Micros system.
  • Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions, and maintain a positive attitude and high level of energy.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required, and be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds, move about the facility, and stand for long periods of time.
  • Education and Experience: Restaurant and/or bar experience preferred, but not required. Must be at least 18 years of age and able to read and communicate in English.
  • Skills and Abilities: Must be skilled in effectively communicating with Guests, generating enthusiasm about the D&B experience, and maintaining a favorable working relationship with all other company Team members.
