Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing support to Financial Centers and back-office personnel by executing preventative maintenance, installations, modifications, and repairs on various hardware, including ATMs (both standalone and branch-based), Teller/Platform Systems, Voice, Networking, and Data Communication equipment.
  • Ensure timely resolution of requests received through incident management and ticketing systems.
  • Deliver prompt, professional, and efficient service to both internal and external clients.
  • Work autonomously to troubleshoot and resolve issues with minimal supervision.
  • Establish and nurture strong working relationships with clients, both internally and externally.
  • Proactively identify potential maintenance or repair needs that may affect customer service and sales for assigned locations.

Administrative Duties:

  • Complete necessary administrative tasks to provide management with insights into progress and staffing requirements, including:
  • Expense submissions and report maintenance.
  • Periodic written updates.
  • Documentation of work orders.
  • Inventory management of company equipment.
  • Maintenance of company vehicles as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven technical experience in Field Service Maintenance, particularly with ATMs and desktops, utilizing Trouble Management Systems, diagnostic tools, and Asset Management Systems.
  • Understanding of Networking Fundamentals (e.g., Topologies, Cabling, Networking Hardware) and basic communication protocols (e.g., TCP/IP).
  • Familiarity with LAN/WAN, Internet, Windows Operating Systems, Applications, and Email Systems, as well as P/C Hardware Troubleshooting (including System Disassembly, Motherboards, Microprocessors, and Hardware Diagnostics).
  • Ability to interpret electrical schematics and comprehend diagnostic and repair instructions for data/telecommunication networks and systems.
  • Possession of technical certifications such as A+ and MCP is advantageous.
  • A collaborative professional with strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the local geographic area is preferred.
  • Ability to explain specific repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks to clients in layman's terms.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, requiring minimal oversight.
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to travel and flexibility to work overtime or weekends as necessary.
