A dedicated Clinical Coordinator is required to join the Medical Surgical/PCU Unit at Valley Regional Hospital, where patients are at the center of their coordinated care system. With a strong clinical background and excellent leadership skills, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities and supporting the Nurse Manager in managing patient care.
Your primary responsibilities will include functioning as a clinical/staff RN with occasional responsibility for a small patient assignment, charge nurse duties such as overseeing LPN, RN, and LNA practice, creating nursing assignments, and making adjustments based on changing acuity and/or discharges/admissions. You will also assist with employee breaks, coordinate with different departments as needed, provide timely and accurate documentation, and communicate effectively with the nursing team and management within the hospital.
This role offers a competitive salary range of $45-$65 per hour, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant clinical experience, preferably with charge nurse experience. A BLS certification and active New Hampshire RN licensure are required. The profile requirements include work history, skills checklist, supervisory signed reference, and license/certifications upload.
