About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Coordinator to join our team in Claremont, NH. This is a full-time night shift position that requires 3-5 years of relevant clinical experience and charge RN experience is preferred.

Job Description

This role involves working as a Clinical Coordinator at one of our partner facilities. As a key member of the healthcare team, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care, managing staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of the unit.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient care activities, including developing and implementing care plans
  • Manage and supervise nursing staff, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including statistical data and incident reports
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
Requirements
  • BLS Certification
  • NH RN Licensure active
  • 3-5 years of relevant clinical experience
  • Charge RN experience preferred
  • New Hampshire license (Compact Allowed)
