Job Summary:

We're seeking a Market Client Service Representative to join our team. This role is unique as it involves traveling to surrounding branches as needed, allowing you to work at multiple locations and get to know the personalities at each branch. As a Client Service Representative, you'll be responsible for introducing bank products and services to customers, participating in sales programs, processing transactions, and assisting with customer relations issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Introduce bank products and services to customers
  • Participate in sales programs to meet customer financial objectives
  • Process debit and credit transactions
  • Assist with customer relations issues
  • Manage the banking center vault, including balancing, disbursing cash, and ordering/shipping currency
  • Open new accounts

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2-3 years of cash handling experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent balancing record
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred
  • Ability to lift heavy boxes of coin
