Job Title: Bookkeeper

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team at Atrium Staffing. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the financial records and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions.

Responsibilities:
  • Accounts Payable: Process purchase orders, manage vendor accounts, and ensure timely payment.
  • Accounts Receivable: Manage monthly invoices, handle vendor records, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile depository accounts, identify discrepancies, and ensure accurate financial records.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial statements, reports, and analysis to support business decisions.
  • Assist with Budgeting: Collaborate with the Executive Director to develop and implement the annual budget.
Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software.
  • 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience.
  • Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and v-lookups.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education:
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
