Job Title: Residential Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Supervisor to join our team at Doors to Freedom. As a Residential Supervisor, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to our residents, helping them to overcome their traumatic past and achieve a transformed life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to support residents in achieving their goals and objectives.
  • Provide supervision and guidance to residential staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable and up-to-date on Doors to Freedom's policies and procedures.
  • Administer prescribed medication and oversee meal preparation and cleanup.
  • Complete daily progress notes and incident reports, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Participate in Doors to Freedom's Inclement Weather and Disaster Plan, following assignments provided by the Executive Director or Operations Director.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to build rapport with residents.
  • Fluent computer skills and working knowledge of GSuite and Microsoft Office programs.
  • Ability to embody the core values of Doors to Freedom.
  • Detail-oriented and strong interpersonal skills.
