We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Supervisor to join our team at Doors to Freedom. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing support, guidance, and advocacy to survivors of human trafficking.
Job Summary:The Residential Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our residential program, ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents, and providing a supportive and nurturing environment for them to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized plans for residents to achieve their goals and objectives.
- Conduct regular evaluations and assessments to monitor resident progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Provide guidance and support to residents in maintaining a daily schedule and completing daily tasks and chores.
- Administer prescribed medication and oversee meal preparation and cleanup.
- Complete daily progress notes and incident reports as required.
- Participate in Doors to Freedom's Inclement Weather and Disaster Plan and follow assignments provided by the Executive Director or Operations Director.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with residents and maintain healthy boundaries.
- Fluent computer skills and working knowledge of GSuite and Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to embody the core values of Doors to Freedom.
