Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team as a key member of our culinary operations. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary functions for a dining account, managing and leading a team of associates, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and sanitation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cost controls and control expenditures for the account
  • Plan and create all menus, taking into account seasonal ingredients and client preferences
  • Purchase and manage inventory, ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary teams, driving innovation and growth

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience
  • Three to five years of culinary management experience, with a focus on high-volume production and catering
  • French language skills a plus, but not required
  • Previous experience managing cost controls and driving business growth
  • Passion for learning and growing with a top-notch foodservice company
