Diesel Technician

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Technician to join our team at Boyer Trucks. As a key member of our Service Team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex diesel engine issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs following OEM standards.
- Adhere to company safety guidelines.
- Communicate openly with management and other Boyer Trucks personnel.
- Perform work as outlined in repair order.
- Verify warranty on all repair orders, if applicable.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License and MVR in good standing.
- Experience diagnosing and repairing passenger automobiles.
- Motivated individual who can work independently.

Work Environment & Physical Abilities:
- Activities require a full range of motion including handling, lifting, manual dexterity, finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination.
- Position requires standing, balancing, bending or stooping for prolonged periods of time.
- Position requires the occasional ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 80 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior Dealership Experience.
- Experience using Ford IDS & FDRS software applications.
