About the Role

Cox Communications is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Operations Manager to join their team. As a key member of the facilities team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of facilities, including leasing, maintenance, and energy conservation.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale facilities operations. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as developing and implementing strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement facility management strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of facilities, including contracted services and internal staff.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including landlords, municipalities, and regulatory authorities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
