Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and conducting regular inspections of properties to identify areas for improvement. If you have experience in facilities management, possess a valid driver's license, and are EPA certified Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations of the maintenance department, including coordinating schedules and assignments
* Develop and implement cost-saving measures to reduce expenses
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
* Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify areas for improvement

Requirements
* High School diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
* 2+ years of experience in facilities management or a related field
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
* EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
