Job Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery while meeting budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project schedules and resource allocation plans
  • Conduct regular project status updates and communicate changes to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track project progress
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination or a related field
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
