Job Title: Construction Superintendent

G3 Construction, a leading commercial interior General Contractor in the South Florida tri-county area, is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our dynamic team based in Boca Raton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage construction activities, resources, and subcontractors to meet project deadlines.
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Monitor project expenses and ensure that projects are completed within budget constraints.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication among project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members.
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain high-quality standards throughout the construction process.
  • Balance multiple tasks, deadlines, inspections, and priorities effectively.
  • Manage resources such as labor, equipment, and materials efficiently.
  • Understand and manage client expectations effectively.
  • Foster strong, collaborative relationships with architects.
  • Enforce all safety regulations and company policies on-site.
  • Address and resolve any issues that arise during construction promptly.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of five (5) years of commercial construction experience, with a focus on field supervision.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in construction management software, particularly Procore, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Keen attention to detail to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
