Aircraft Control Systems Engineer Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Electronic Flight Controls Specialist to join our team at Honda North America. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development, integration, verification, and certification of electronic aircraft control systems.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and certify aircraft control systems, including AFCS, AT, EAL, and other electronic flight controls.
- Analyze and simulate control systems, including control topology/architecture and control law structure development.
- Define and execute integration, verification, and validation (V&V) testing requirements and procedures.
- Resolve problems from development, certification, production, and field support activities.
- Interface with Avionics Supplier System Engineers, DERs, and Flight Test to support integration activities.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field required.
  • At least 7 years of direct experience as a control systems engineer in actual aircraft development programs.
