Position Summary

Trust Advisor III - Comerica Advisor Solutions
This role is pivotal within our strategic partnerships, combining the strengths of two reputable financial institutions. As a Trust Advisor III, you will act as the primary relationship manager for a designated portfolio, providing expert guidance on trust documentation, estate planning, and collaborating closely with our Financial Advisor partners. Your active participation in business development initiatives will be crucial in achieving the division's annual growth objectives.

Successful candidates will demonstrate exceptional communication abilities, strong problem-solving skills, relevant functional expertise, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a customer-centric focus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee routine accounts in alignment with governing documents and legal requirements, ensuring the needs of all parties involved are met.
  • Analyze and interpret trust documents, ensuring compliance and accuracy in account transactions while addressing client inquiries effectively.
  • Collaborate with management to resolve issues raised by clients, including requests for distributions and fee-related concerns.
  • Manage the lifecycle of accounts, ensuring all necessary documentation is obtained and assets are transferred correctly, while coordinating tax reporting with external advisors.
  • Deliver comprehensive wealth management strategies to clients, contributing to projects aimed at enhancing service delivery.
  • Maintain open communication with Financial Advisor partners and clients, providing timely updates and addressing requests promptly.
  • Work alongside Trust Specialists to generate new business opportunities through established networks.
Compensation

For candidates located in specific states, the anticipated salary range for this position is as follows:
  • California - $91,250 - $183,750 Annually
Salary ranges are subject to adjustments based on various factors including position, location, and individual qualifications.
