About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Analyst to join our team at TEKsystems c/o Allegis Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing data, developing insights, and supporting the decision-making process with a focus on Medicare and Medicare claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the subject matter expert in Medicare and Medicare claims, providing in-depth knowledge and analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Analyze healthcare data to identify trends, patterns, and insights, using advanced data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making, using Excel and other data visualization tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring seamless communication and project delivery.
  • Conduct data validation and ensure data integrity, maintaining the highest standards of data quality and accuracy.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve business processes and patient outcomes, leveraging your expertise in Medicare and Medicare claims.
  • Support the development and implementation of data-driven strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, maintaining the highest level of regulatory adherence.
  • Utilize SQL for data extraction and manipulation, leveraging your technical skills to drive business insights and decision-making.
Qualifications
  • Experience in understanding Medicare and/or Medicare Claims, with a strong track record of analysis and insight generation.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables, with the ability to develop and maintain complex spreadsheets.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights in complex data sets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Familiarity with SQL for data analysis, with the ability to extract and manipulate data to drive business insights and decision-making.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a salary of $60,000 - $85,000, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, critical illness, accident, and hospital insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, short and long-term disability, health spending account, transportation benefits, and an employee assistance program.
