Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team at SDI Element Logic. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex mechanical issues and improve overall efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory management.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to junior technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field, with a strong background in mechanical systems and equipment.
  • Associate degree in a relevant field, such as maintenance technology or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite programs and CMMS software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 51 pounds and work at heights, with a strong tolerance for high temperatures and physical demands.
