Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cart Attendant to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cart Attendant, you will play a critical role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our members by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and organized cart area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized cart area, ensuring that carts are available and easily accessible for members.
  • Assist members with their purchases, including loading and unloading items from their vehicles.
  • Support the maintenance of a safe and secure shopping environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a seamless shopping experience for members.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
